The Role
- Conduct visual inspections of buildings for safety requirements
- Contact agents for routine repairs and checks
- Check Bill of Quantities (BQ) against award rates and verify invoices
- Prepare drawings and documents for tenders and quotations
- Assist in procurement exercise
Requirements
- Degree in Building/ Estate Management/ Quantity Surveying
- Knowledge in GeBIZ is an advantage
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience
