Primary Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiry through email & phone call 
• Assist account managers to prepare & submit quotation to customer for both internal archiving and Project enquiry 
• Follow up opportunities and convert them to orders 
• Process & follow up new customer PO
• Co-ordinate between customer & account managers for site demostrations 
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by  your sales team outside standard job scope as required by the Company 

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.

• Outstanding communication ( written and oral) and interpersonal skills enabling one to deal with internal and external customer support professionally
• Highly self - motivated, willing to learn and quick adaptation to new processes.
• Full-Time position(s) available
• Bilingual
