Leasing Executive (Marketing & Lease Management)

Job Description
- Marketing of properties for sales and/or lease
- Negotiate and put up recommendation of offers received for renewals/new leases/sales
- Prospect, attend to enquiries, conduct viewings and secure tenants/buyers
- Conduct canvassing calls and develop a network of clients
- Prepare annual rental budget and forecast for properties assigned
- Develop long term customer relationships and provide a high level of service to achieve new or repeated business
- Conduct competitive market research
- Manage and administer leases such as lease compliance, lease documentation, report generation, property tax matters and attending to tenancy matters etc.
- Liaise with facilities management and/or tenants on handover/reinstatement of premises
- Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent, recognised by CEA
- Result-oriented with multi-tasking capabilities
- Creative, resourceful and customer-oriented
- Possess excellent negotiation, interpersonal and written skills
- Possess drive and resilience to meet job challenges
- Location in Central
