CORPORATE & MAKRETING COMMUNICATION EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Supervise and draft replies from email, mail, faxes and Forum page
- Attend to escalated compliants from hotline and walk-in customers
- Monitor customer feedback and review customer service related issues
- Handle requests on sponsorship
- Manage and execute the production of publicity and corporate collaterals
- Provide editorial support for publicity collaterals, corporate materials and advertisements
- Provde translation on material contents
- Manage the corporate website and intranet
- Manage and execute assigned projects (e.g.: Public Education on Correct Use of Stored Value Cards, Transport Gold Awards)
- Develop Public Relations plans for events and outreach programmes
- Develop press release, prepare media FAQs and attend to media queries
- Develop media pitch and engage the media
- Provide support to the HOD on key projects
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly management report for the Department
Requirements
- Degree, preferably with 3 years of experience in Corporate Communication
- Creative, quick and systematic thinking with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision and with a positive attitude
- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and able to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activiites simultaneously
