Continually meeting the rapidly changing needs of businesses of all sizes, our ongoing success and expansion has led to the requirement for this role.
We operate from a brand new plush MediaCityUK (Salford Quays, Manchester) top floor office, which was custom designed with park-themed chillout areas which include a pool table, playstation area, Wii area, beauty parlour and state of the art working areas. We are also Investors in People accredited.
Your role would be to provide candidates resourcing and IT recruitment services to our internal recruitment consultants, with some client contact. There are also administrative duties involved.
You Need
Experience in a recruitment environment
A degree qualification or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some previous experience of working to targets or evidence of the desire to achieve
This role does NOT require you to win new business from other customers, however in future you may with to move into a 360 position with us as a trainee recruitment consultant which is a possible career route.
You must be IT literate with MS Word, the Internet and MS Outlook to intermediate/advanced level. You must have the ability to manage a high workload to tight timescales.
