The Position

We’re excited to offer the opportunity to join Ochre Recruitment’s growing Hospital and Specialist Locum Division! The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to further grow the Division and take advantage of a warm desk with serious potential for success.

Your background will enable you to form relationships with a range of locum doctors and clients to assist them with their placement requirements and deliver an outstanding level of service.

Essential Skills:

• Recruitment or Sales experience (minimum 2 years’) with proven results;
• Exceptional relationship management, communication and presentation skills in a commercial environment;
• Proven ability to develop business and generate revenue;
• High-level organisational skills;
• Strong attention to detail and compliance; and
• Love travelling and meeting new people.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in the Australian health system and/or medical recruitment industry;
• Sound understanding of financial operations (pay rates, client rates, industry benchmarks) to enable commercially sound decisions and recommendations.
