Responsibilities
Business development, maintain existing and develop new accounts with job placements
Source for suitable candidates to meet clients’ hiring needs
Conduct phone and face to face interviews for selection of candidates
Responsible for full cycle of recruitment search process, including advertising, screening, matching and placements
Establish and maintain strong working relationships and rapport with internal hiring managers and corporate clients
Achieve the company's business objectives and goals
Requirements
Preferably with working experience in recruitment, sales or account management
Fresh applicants are welcome as on the job training will be provided
Able to do job matching, selection & short listing of potential candidates
Aggressive and performance driven
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Salary: BASIC + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION package!
Working location: Kaki Bukit (East)
Work week: 5 day
Basic + commission package + medical and dental benefits + performance bonus
